CHOIR CONTRIBUTIONS/DONATIONS

Thank you so much for your support.  

The choir program at Valencia H.S. receives limited funding from the District. Your contribution will go toward paying for the following ongoing expenses:

  • festivals and tours
  • sheet music
  • music arrangements and licenses
  • recording engineers and services
  • accompanists
  • choreographers
  • guest lecture/master class clinicians
  • educational competition fees
  • music equipment
  • and many more

Again, NO ONE will be denied access because they could not contribute, but this program needs these contributions to survive. Thank you and we are so glad that you are a part of the VHS Choir family.

There are several ways to make a donation. All donations count as charitable donations and are tax-deductible.

Donate to ASB 

Make a donation to Valencia Choir on behalf of a student through the ASB.  Make sure that all checks are made payable to Valencia Choir and include your student's name. Drop off the check with Mrs. Mocha or mail it to:

You may also donate to ASB online. Please follow these instructions:  

  1. Please make sure to use a computer (not your phone) and use a browser other than Chrome.  If using a Mac, try the transaction through Firefox.  
  2. Go to the VHS ASB ONLINE STORE (or Click on the link below.)  
  3. Once on the ASB Site, Select Choir under the Categories pull-down menu (the gray bar).
  4. Click on Choir Contribution  
  5. Make sure to completely fill out the boxes including:  On behalf of (your Student's Name), Donated by, and Donation Amount.  If you wish to sponsor a student in need, please place Mrs. Mocha's name in the "On Behalf of" section.  We so appreciate your donation.

Make a general donation to Valencia Vikings Choir Booster Club. All donations go to support the Valencia Vikings Choir as a whole and help fund Choir festival fees, transportation fees, accompanists, sheet music, music arrangements, supplies, equipment, and more. Does your company have a Donation Matching Program? 

Many of our Choir parents work at companies that have a corporate matching program. This is a program in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. Some companies will match an employee’s donation to a charity one-to-one, but others match donations two-to-one and some even match three-to-one. Find out if your company has a donation matching program and learn the rules and details. Easily make your donation be worth two to four times as much as you donate!

Donate Items from our Amazon Wish List.  Shop at Krogers or Ralphs and a percentage of each shopping trip can go to Choir through their Community Contribution Program.
